Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground venison 🦌
  • 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes 🌶️
  • tbsp garlic powder 🧄
  • 1 tbsp onion powder 🧅
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika 🌫️
  • 1 tbsp salt 🧂
  • 1 tsp black pepper ⚫
  • 1/2 cup cold water 💧
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp liquid smoke for added flavor 🔥

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).

Stuff mixture into snack stick casings.

Bake in the oven at 175°F (80°C) for 4–5 hours or until internal temp hits 160°F (71°C).

Cool completely before storing.
