This Podcast Makes You Smarter…and It’s Fun

This is not your typical podcast….and that is completely intentional!

If you are the kind of person who likes your outdoor content useful and entertaining, the Montana Outdoor Podcast deserves a permanent spot in your weekly routine. It is loaded with genuinely helpful information for hunters and anglers (like real tips, real conversations, and insights that actually apply once you’re in the field or on the water). However, it never feels dry or overproduced. A big reason for that is the host and his guests. Host Downrigger Dale, who you know from the Montana Outdoor Radio Show, mysteriously keeps things fun, educational, and relatable all at the same time.

Dale brings his personality that makes you feel like you’re hanging out with a smart friend who has smart friends, who also happens to know a lot about the outdoors, with the occasional laughter.

New episodes drop Saturdays at 6 a.m., making them perfect for those early mornings, road trips, or just gearing up for the weekend. And while the audio alone is worth it, the real magic happens when you watch it on YouTube. Watching the episode lets you catch the reactions, expressions, and the random visuals that make the conversations even better. For the full experience, this is one you’ll want to watch and not just listen to.

Check out the new podcast this Saturday morning at 6 am, and you can take a look at prior episodes on YouTube here or listen on Buzzsprout here.

Enjoy!
