Venison Philly Cheesesteak Sandwiches (Sloppy Joe Style)

· ½ lb. ground venison

· ¼ tsp salt

· ¼ tsp pepper

· ½ tbsp onion flakes

· 2 tbsp butter (unsalted)

· ½ green bell pepper

· ¼ tsp garlic powder

· ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce

· ¼ c beef broth (low sodium)

· ½ tbsp corn starch

· Additional 1/4 c beef broth (low sodium)

· 3 slices provolone cheese

· 3 french rolls

· Beef au ju, to dip (optional)

· Can make 3-5 sandwiches!
