Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground venison
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • Olive oil for greasing

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 170°F (75°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix together venison, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

3. Form mixture into a log shape and place on a greased baking sheet.

4. Bake in the oven for 3 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

5. Allow to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
