At an age when most of us are debating whether to take the stairs or call it a day, Chuck Norris is still hiking California’s Lassen Peak like it’s a warm-up lap. In his mid-80s, he’s out there taking in the breathtaking views, reminiscing about memories with his wife, and reminding the rest of us that “midlife” is just a suggestion. Sure, the scars of the 2021 Dixie Fire are still visible, but if anyone can stroll past charred trails and find the beauty beneath, it’s Chuck. Once again, he’s setting the standard…proof that adventure has no expiration date. And maybe it really is true that when Chuck Norris does a push-up, he isn’t lifting himself up—he’s pushing the Earth down.
