Georgetown Lake Fishing Report 9.23.25

Cooler nights have fired up the bite at Georgetown Lake, with kokanee and brook trout feeding aggressively and leeches and eggs leading the way..

The following report is by Flint Creek Outdoors in Philipsburg, MT:

Fishing on Georgetown Lake has picked up as fall approaches, and the cooler nights are really starting to wake things up. Kokanee and brook trout are staging in front of the pump house, and both species are becoming more aggressive as the spawn nears. Leech patterns and egg imitations are the top producers here, especially when fished low and slow. Target fish in the 6-9 feet of water range.
