Charred Venison Smash Burgers With Pineapple Jalapeño Relish and Whipped Goat Cheese

Get ready for a flavor explosion with these Charred Venison Smash Burgers topped with Pineapple Jalapeño Relish and Whipped Goat Cheese! 

Ingredients:

– 1 lb ground venison

– 1/2 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp onion powder

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 1 cup diced pineapple

– 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced

– 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

– 4 oz goat cheese

– 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix ground venison with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.

2. In another bowl, combine pineapple, jalapeño, and cilantro for the relish.

3. In a separate bowl, whip together goat cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.

4. Grill the venison patties over high heat until charred and cooked to your liking.

5. Assemble burgers with relish and whipped goat cheese. Enjoy!
