DeBruycker Charolais, out of Dutton, Montana, recently posted a video of their cows with the caption, “That bear didn’t stand a chance.”
In a display of bravery, a group of cows recently banded together in what looked like a four-hoofed defense committee—facing off against an unexpected intruder: a bear. Instead of scattering, these pasture protectors chased a bear away from their group…every single one of them. Cows aren’t exactly known for their combat skills, but this herd made it clear that when it comes to defending their turf (or calves), they don’t cow-er easily. Ha!
