Fresno is 42%full, inflow about 100 cfs & outflow is about 40 cfs. Nelson is 81% full, inflow about 190 cfs & no outflow. Both reservoirs have an ice cap floating. There is room to fish shorelines where the wind hasn’t blown the ice to shore. I haven’t heard of anyone fishing either. Most of the ponds are fishable from shore & the rainbow fishing is on fire.
