The Captain and Black Jaw Fly Guy Gary Rueb had some salmon success this week. They caught a big one and some more mature ones during the week plus a few little guys that will be good for eating. There are still big fish being caught by anglers that weigh over 25 pounds. Gary’s biggest weighed just shy of that at 24.3 pounds!
Lots of hours are spent on the water as salmon anglers keep grinding it out. Salmon fishing should continue to pick up through the month of August.
