Mainly a jig bite is happening near the spawning areas, look for gravel bottoms. 15’ has been a good depth. The bite can be very light so be prepared. Nelson is 94% full. Inflow 142 cfs & 0 outflow. Reservoir is ice free and ramps are open. Mainly a jig bite tipped with live minnows. Look for the gravely areas in about 10’ of water. I have been fishing near the island NW of the park. Good luck & hopefully the wind doesn’t blow too hard.
