The Youth Shooting Sports and Outdoor Expo is a free live shooting event open to the public that will take place on Saturday, May 21st from 10am – 3pm. Activities include shooting Pistols, Rifles, Shotguns and Air Guns, Archery, Fly Casting, Bear Identification, Gun Safety & More. Another bonus is that all of the equipment, ammunition, ear and eye protection is supplied.
The event is hosted by the Western Montana Fish & Game Association and will be at Deer Creek Shooting Center in Missoula. Bring the kiddos for prize drawings and giveaways!
Don’t forget to stop and say hi to the Montana Trappers Association and Montana Sportsmen for Fish and Wildlife, who have partnered together to educate youngsters (and adults) about trapping at the event. It is also a great opportunity to become members of these great organizations!
