Cowboy Butter Venison Backstrap

Fire up the grill—this buttery, spicy venison backstrap brings bold wild-west flavor to your plate….

Fire up the grill to medium-high and get ready for some wild game perfection with this recipe via Easy Recipes. Start by melting half a cup of butter in a saucepan, then stir in minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper for a rich, spicy glaze. Place the venison backstrap on the grill and cook it for about six to seven minutes per side, or until it reaches your preferred doneness. While it sizzles, brush on the buttery mixture to lock in those smoky, tangy flavors. Once done, let the meat rest for five minutes before slicing. Serve it up hot and enjoy the bold, wild-west taste of perfectly grilled venison backstrap!
