Fresh Blackberry and Bacon Venison Burgers With Creamy Brie

Ingredients:

– 1 lb ground venison

– 1/2 cup fresh blackberries

– 4 slices cooked bacon

– 4 oz creamy brie cheese

– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Divide ground venison into 4 equal portions and form into patties.

3. Season patties with salt and pepper.

4. Grill patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

5. During the last minute of grilling, top each patty with blackberries, bacon, and brie cheese.

6. Cover grill and let cheese melt for 1 minute.

7. Remove burgers from grill and serve hot. Enjoy!
