USACE Fort Peck Dam and Lake Update

Notice! USACE has an update for the Omaha District at Fort Peck Dam and Lake….

Heads up!

The USACE – Omaha District – Fort Peck Dam and Lake just shared an important update: due to a water main break, a few facilities are temporarily out of commission. The Downstream Dump Station and the Downstream Campground Main Comfort Station are closed for now, and the potable water taps throughout the campground won’t be flowing. But don’t worry—there’s still access to restrooms at the Group Loop comfort station, and those water taps are running just fine. If you need to top off your tanks, fresh water is also available near the Town of Fort Peck water treatment plant (at the corner of Winter Harbor Road and Yellowstone Road). Repairs are on the way, so stay tuned at USACE Omaha District – Fort Peck Dam and Lake for updates—and maybe bring an extra jug or two just in case.
