Kalispell, Mont., August 11, 2025 — Beginning Wednesday, August 13, 2025, a closure order will be in place for Logan Creek – Hoke Creek Road (National Forest System Road 1625) for public safety. Due to a weakening roadbed and substrate slump, Logan Creek – Hoke Creek Road 1625 will be closed from the junction with Devils Basin Road (National Forest System Road 9881) at milepost 2.8 to the end of the Logan Creek – Hoke Creek Road.
The Logan Creek – Hoke Creek Road is seasonally open to public access from July 1 through November 30. The road will remain closed through August 12, 2027, or until the closure order is rescinded.
