Concrete, Commitment, and a Whole Lot of Elbow Grease at the St. Mary Siphon

The Sletten crew is all hustle and no slowdown—check out the behind-the-scenes work powering big progress at the St. Mary Siphon…

If there’s one thing the Sletten Construction crew doesn’t believe in, it’s standing still. Out at the St. Mary Siphon site, they’re juggling work on both the inlet and outlet structures like pros—pouring concrete, setting forms, and generally making it look way easier than it is.

Today’s M VP is the prep work happening at the siphon inlet, where the team is getting everything ready to encapsulate the pipe. This behind-the-scenes effort that doesn’t always make headlines—but absolutely should. The unsung hero of the whole operation.

Despite the long hours and heavy lifting, momentum hasn’t slowed. If anything, it’s picking up. The energy on-site is all systems go, and the dedication is impossible to miss.

Big shoutout to the crews making it happen day in and day out—you’re not just building structures, you’re building serious progress!
