Juicy venison patties with smoked gouda and a spicy kick

Ingredients:

1 lb ground venison
1/2 lb ground turkey or beef
1/2 cup shredded smoked gouda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (adjust for spice)
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp cold water

Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine ground venison, turkey or beef, smoked gouda, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, cayenne (if using), Worcestershire sauce, and water. Mix until just combined.
2. Form into small patties, about 3 inches wide.
3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
4. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
5. Serve hot with eggs, toast, or on a breakfast sandwich.
