Fishing Report

Salmon- Salmon are in the bays and Wednesday morning there were dozens of them in the Marina bay,we hooked up on 5 casting Fire Tiger and Chrome colored spoons from the dock,we also got some nice ones in the boat trolling bright colored crankbaits in 15-25 feet of water running speeds of 2.2-2.4

Walleye- We found some nice walleye this week pulling crawlers and bottom bouncers in 15-25 feet of water at speeds of .08-1.0 and caught some bigger fish with deep diving crankbaits in 25-35 feet at trolling speeds of 2.1-2.2,we also utilized some planer boards to spread our baits a little

Lake Trout- The laker bite is getting a little tougher as they start transitioning into their pre-spawn routine this time of year,we had to fish pretty tight to the bottom and slow our presentation down to get the fish to take, often it would take several fish coming through before one would finally commit to the jig so if you find a good school of them stay patient and wait out the active ones ,most of the fish we found were in 120-110 feet
