Fresno is 95% full. Inflow 424 cfs & outflow 500 cfs. It was a very windy last couple days on Fresno. Most fishermen are pre-fishing for the Friday-Saturday tournament. If I were there I would start fishing about halfway to all the way back in the bays. The spottail shiners should be spawning. My choice would be swim baits & jerk baits in 1’-6’ of water.
Nelson is 88% full. Inflow 184 cfs & outflow 204. Nelson also had very windy days on Tuesday & Wednesday. When I fished it last week the main lake humps is where I found my fish mainly in 18’-22’ of water. Good luck.
