FWP News: Commission amendment proposed for April agenda item

HELENA – A proposed amendment for an item on the April 17 Fish and Wildlife Commission meeting agenda is available for public review and comment online.

The amendment, proposed by Commission Vice Chair Patrick Tabor, would establish catch-and-release fishing for both cutthroat and rainbow trout on the Swan River and require single-pointed hooks only from Piper Creek Bridge downstream to Swan Lake.
