The past week has been a return of an early winter. No one I know has fished this week. Last weekend was nice. Fresno is 26% full with about the same cfs in as out. Nelson is about 85% full with no cfs in or out.
Last weekend, fishing on Nelson was good to excellent. Best depth was about 20’. Best pattern was jig raps and shiver minnows. Main lake points were holding fish. Perch were also being taken in the deeper basins using live minnows. Good fishing.
